We’re incredibly excited to announce Melissa Goffin as our endorsed Community Independent candidate for Mornington.

Following a rigorous selection process, Melissa Goffin has been chosen by a five-member selection panel appointed by the I4MP committee earlier this year to represent Independents for Mornington Peninsula at the November Victorian state election.
And what a candidate she is!
A successful local businesswoman and community leader who calls Mt Eliza home, Melissa Goffin built Red Gum BBQ in Red Hill and Southern Family Foods in Seaford into highly regarded enterprises. She has spent years creating opportunities, championing women and strengthening our local community.
She is Co-founder and Chair of Women in Business Mornington Peninsula and Frankston, a former NAB Small Business Advisory Board member, founder and organiser of the Women’s March on Melbourne, and the 2018 Women’s Agenda Emerging Female Entrepreneur of the Year.
Now she is stepping forward to bring that experience, independence and energy to Mornington.
We think Mornington has found a remarkable new voice.
And we can’t wait for you to meet her.
